Terms of Service
Effective date: August 16, 2026
These terms govern an organization's use of ARMIT NOTIFI, operated by ARMIT Company ("ARMIT," "we," "us," or "our"). They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Text Message Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. The service
ARMIT NOTIFI provides multi-tenant communications infrastructure: a dedicated number, audience management, message composition and delivery, two-way replies, and a communication record that belongs to your organization.
2. Your responsibilities
- Consent. You may only message people who have consented to hear from you. You are responsible for the lawful basis of every contact you add.
- Accuracy. Registration information you provide to us — and that we provide onward to messaging registries and carriers — must be true.
- Content. You are responsible for what you send.
- Administrators. You are responsible for who you authorize, and for removing them when they leave.
3. Credits and the Message Bank™
Plans include a monthly allocation of NOTIFI Credits. One standard outbound SMS segment to one recipient consumes one credit; an outbound MMS consumes five. Unused credits roll forward into your Message Bank up to your plan's cap. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
Credits are reserved before a broadcast transmits and reconciled to actual usage on completion.
4. Carrier registration
US messaging requires registration with external registries and carrier approval. We submit and track that registration on your behalf. We do not control whether or when it is approved, and we will never tell you a campaign is approved before it is.
5. Availability
We target high availability for accepting and processing messages. We do not guarantee delivery to any individual mobile device, because the mobile network is outside our control. Nothing in these terms should be read as a delivery guarantee, and NOTIFI must not be relied upon as the sole means of communicating a condition affecting property or safety.
6. Suspension
We may suspend an account that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, generates disproportionate complaint or opt-out rates, or presents a fraud or abuse risk. Where safe to do so, we will tell you why.
7. Termination
You may cancel according to your plan terms. On termination you may export your communication record. Numbers may be released after a wind-down period.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ARMIT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from message delay or non-delivery caused by carriers or mobile networks.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
